WHO WE NEED We are looking for ambitious talents who will become the shapers of the new reborn legendary hotel in one of the most prestigious alpine resorts in the world.

● Proactively identify, approach and win new groups, weddings, conferences, incentives, banquets and private-event business – you hunt for business, not just process enquiries ● Lead client consultations end-to-end: understand the brief, shape the concept, build the proposal, quote it and negotiate terms ● Negotiate contracts and rates directly with clients, agents and corporate bookers, and close the deal – you carry your own pipeline and revenue targets ● Build and manage event budgets, control costs and margins, and report on conversion and revenue performance ● Partner closely with F&B leadership and the kitchen on menus, service concepts and pricing so every proposal is commercially and operationally sound before it goes to the client ● Be the single point of contact for the client from contract signature through planning, execution and post-event follow-up ● Coordinate and brief all departments involved in delivery – F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, spa, security – and external vendors (decorators, technicians, entertainment) ● Act as on-site host during groups and events, resolving issues in real time and protecting the guest experience and the hotel's reputation ● Plan and dispatch off-site and private catering – private residences, private jets, transfers and boutique locations – in coordination with F&B ● Keep the department's point-of-sale, offer templates and booking processes current, both on-site and for secondary locations ● Work with marketing on positioning, packages and promotion of the groups & events offering to attract new clientele ● Ensure every event complies with health, safety and legal requirements, and uphold GRACE's quality standards throughout ● Continuously refine SOPs and processes for the department – good is never enough YOUR +sides Your smile is infectious and you treat people as if they were your best friends You go the extra mile to make the best first and last impression You are a team player and enjoy helping others You have a strong interest in hospitality and you are eager to learn You can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment You lead with example and pride You love to try new things and go a different path You like to push your comfort zone to the edge Guests always come first to you Languages German, English and Italian are one of your stenght WHAT’S IN FOR YOU AT GRACE?
