The Laboratory Technician is a technical contributor within the Machine-Readable Features Laboratory, supporting the development, preparation, characterization, and validation of machine-readable security features used for authentication and traceability applications.
The role combines hands-on laboratory activities including pigment evaluation, ink preparation, sample manufacturing, measurement and characterization, testing, and laboratory support. - Prepare and formulate laboratory-scale inks, dispersions, and material samples according to established procedures.
