- Strong leadership skills, structured mindset, and results-oriented approach
- Awareness of data governance and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in change management and user adoption
- Experience in luxury watches or premium lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of high-net-worth client expectations Excellent communication skills
- Fluent French & English; any additional language is an asset
