Unternehmen und Kontext
- Lead, manage and continuously develop the GSCM Network & Demand Center organization in line with the strategic objectives of the division, encompassing Quality, Safety, People, Innovation, Sustainability, Customer Centricity and Operational Excellence, as well as Bachem’s leadership principles.
- Own and drive the forecast-to-plan process, ensuring continuous end to end transparency of demand, inventory and supply scenarios across the entire Bachem Group.
- Accountable for the end-to-end global Sales & Operations Planning (S ) process, leading its preparation, execution, and follow-up to secure alignment between commercial, operational, and financial targets
- Accountable for global supply chain network design and implementation for new products, and the continuous development of existing networks through strategic partnerships
- Lead the global product lifecycle management process (SKU level), including preparation and execution of make-or-buy decisions and end to end inventory management.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers within the Bachem Group and represent the GSCM organization in internal and external committees and forums.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer requests in close collaboration with the regional supply organizations.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain performance, resilience, and efficiency.
- Assume full budget and cost center responsibility for the assigned organizational unit.
- Experience in leading teams, including direct line management as well as leadership within matrix and cross functional organizations, with the ability to develop, coach and empower people, foster collaboration and create an environment where teams can grow and succeed together.
