- The opportunity
- Strategic advisory: Act as a core communications strategic adviser and valued Leadership Team member for a designated portfolio within pRED.
- You will translate business strategy into high-impact communication blueprints that resonate from the lab benches to the leadership community and beyond.
- You will provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and ensure communications are integrated into the business decision-making process.
- Cross-functional impact: Identify the need for, lead and execute both internal and external communication strategies to continue to position pRED and Roche at the forefront of science in healthcare.
- You will work as part of a Business Partnering team to align across a global network to deliver a unified communications approach.
- Culture and change catalyst: pRED is a highly dynamic and innovative part of our Roche Pharma business that requires communications to match its needs.
- You will lead communications initiatives around organisational transformation and development, as well as behavioral and culture evolution across different parts of the pRED network.
