Bewerbungsprozess
- You write simple, elegant, well-structured, and well-tested applications, software, and/or code that drive new features and improvements across all our products and services in adherence with regulatory compliance
- You collaborate with UX designers, data scientists, and product managers to align on user needs and translate them into technical solutions
- You monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and maintainability of deployed software systems
- You enable reproducibility and development efficiency by implementing standardized logging, version control, and configuration management, while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and reusable code libraries
- You partner with IT teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols
- You participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization
- You apply a product-thinking mindset to balance technical trade-offs with user impact and business value
- You develop tools and dashboards for monitoring data flows, system health, and model performance
