You are responsible for apprentices and trainees at the hotel (Participation to the career fairs at hospitality schools, recruiting apprentices, follow up with the various organizations) PROFILE : Previous experience in Human Resources
Fluency in English and French; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with partners, managers and candidates
Enjoy working in a bold, international team
Excellent presentation skills that reflect the W brand image
A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, the body, the stage and taking a stand
Position to start on the 1st September 2026 for a long term contract
