Position Summary The Goods Receipt Specialist is responsible for the timely receipt, booking, and storage of materials.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and internal/external safety regulations
Receive goods, post goods receipts in GPMS, and hand over shipments to freight carriers
Completed vocational training in logistics
At least two years of experience in industry or logistics

Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and internal/external safety regulations
Receive goods, post goods receipts in GPMS, and hand over shipments to freight carriers
Perform high-bay warehouse picking activities and related WMS transactions
Physically store materials and perform GPMS/WMS postings
Execute required material movements, including transfers to external storage locations
Operate machinery and equipment used for material handling Conduct inventory counts
Clean facilities, machinery, and equipment according to instructions
Support other departments as directed by supervisors Minimum

Completed vocational training in logistics
At least two years of experience in industry or logistics
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move heavier materials
Very good German language skills, written and spoken Strong communication skills

Reliable, accurate, and efficient working style
