- Build clear brand positioning, communication platforms, and consumer propositions that resonate across regions
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across categories, routines, channels (DTC, retail, derm ‑ recommendation), and geographies
- Lead long ‑ term portfolio strategy, including brand architecture, innovation priorities, and lifecycle management C onsumer ‑ Led Innovation & Portfolio Development
- Own the end ‑ to ‑ end innovation agenda , from insights and concept development through launch and scale
- Champion consumer understanding , leveraging trends, unmet needs, and routines to drive relevance and desirability
- Partner with R&D teams to translate dermatological science into consumer ‑ friendly, market ‑ winning products
- Ensure innovation delivers clear differentiation, strong claims, and meaningful brand value , not just scientific excellence Global Go ‑ to ‑ Market Excellence
- Partner with regional and local marketing teams to ensure best ‑ in ‑ class launches, campaigns, and activation
