Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
To proactively handle third party claims aiming to settle cases within optimum time scales
Investigation and evaluation of liability and quantum to achieve the desired resolution for all claims handled
Our full-time working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
No weekends, late nights, or bank holiday working, we also offer a hybrid working model so once you’re up to speed you can work from home if you prefer, up to 50% of the time.

You don’t need to have worked in insurance or as a Claims Handler before, what you will need is excellent communication skills.
Additionally, you will require good case management and workload management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to:

You don’t need to have worked as a Claims Handler before, what you do need is the ability to deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication, relationship management and effective negotiation skills.
