In this role you will support the GPS Platform Transformation programme, focusing on Client Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities across Sales and Trading.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline
- 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services
Requisiti principali
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline
- 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services
- Strong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes
- Proven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activities
- Understanding of Customer Master Data / Golden Source concepts, data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with business partner structures, client hierarchies and legal entity data
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Knowledge of Client Onboarding, Sales, Client Coverage or Wealth Management processes is advantageous
- Communicates clearly across functions and cultures, influences decisions without formal authority, and navigates complex organisations to drive outcomes
- Quickly troubleshoots issues, applies sound judgement in controlled environments, and remains focused on delivery despite ambiguity or changing priorities
