- Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.

- Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.
- Define regional product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and business planning.
- Drive commercial launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market readiness.
- Enable sales success through training, pricing strategies, technical support, and sales tools.
Processo di candidatura
- Working closely with global and regional teams, you will ensure solution-oriented offerings and full commercial readiness across sales, operations, and application support.
- Act as the application expert, gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product improvements. To succeed in this role, you will need
- A self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of municipal , industrial water and wastewater treatment or similar technical solutions.
- Proven experience and expertise working with granular filtration products .
- Experience process engineering , project management, market-oriented business/product development and international work within a water treatment sector.
- Ideally experience from Global Product Management, alternatively local product portfolio management, global/local business development, sales management or similar .
