- Main Responsibilities:
- Implement, support, and optimize existing and new production processes with regard to cycle time, yield, and costs while complying with cGMP guidelines.

- Implement, support, and optimize existing and new production processes with regard to cycle time, yield, and costs while complying with cGMP guidelines.
- Assess new processes and technologies for feasibility and suitability in chemical manufacturing facilities.
- Support, monitor, and evaluate product campaigns, including defining improvement and process optimization measures.
- Own process and procedure documentation, material balances, and SAP manufacturing recipes.
- Act as process lead / process owner in investment projects.
- Share responsibility for planning, implementing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relating to cGMP, SHE, authorities, etc. for your products. Requirements:
- Completed university degree (University of Applied Sciences, ETH, or university) in Chemistry, with a focus on Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
- Professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production or in a pilot plant; experience in a cGMP environment is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar function.
