This is a challenging and interesting role as a legal counsel with a focus on legal and regulatory matters in relation to the provision of financial services (advisory and discretionary management) as well wealth planning solutions within the team Legal Investment Solutions & Distribution.

- Master’s degree in law (preferably from a Swiss University) and admission to the bar; additional qualifications such as an LL.M. are an asset
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm, financial institution of consulting firm

- Master’s degree in law (preferably from a Swiss University) and admission to the bar; additional qualifications such as an LL.M. are an asset
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm, financial institution of consulting firm
- Profound understanding of Swiss banking and contract law as well as the Swiss regulatory landscape
- Analytical, structured and solution orientated with a proactive approach and capable of translating legal requirements into business-oriented solutions
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as a team-player in groups
- Ability to perform under pressure and efficiently handle different competing tasks and priorities
- Good communication skills and a natural capacity to convincingly share ideas
- Excellent proficiency in English and German, knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage
