- Natural team player and a strong communicator Trustworthy and discreet
- Self-reliant way of working and ability to adapt quickly to changes Professional and Technical
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, further HR specific education such as “HR Assistant” is an advantage
- Previous experience in a comparable position, ideally within the financial sector
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in German and English
- Proficient user of Microsoft office tools and Workday
- Skilled in handling high volumes, well organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in daily business
