- 3-5 years of experience in art direction, advertising, visual design, or brand communications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in campaign and brand development
- Experience collaborating with agencies, creative teams, and production partners
- Experience across digital and print channels
- Experience in financial services, luxury, premium, or professional services brands is a plus Technical Skills:
- Art direction and creative concept development Visual storytelling and advertising design Brand identity and design systems
- Creative asset production across digital and print media Personal Skills: Strong creative and conceptual thinking
- Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across teams
