Responsabilità principali

  • No relocation is required Role Overview This role involves driving strategic business development activities across the commercial real estate sector, developing executive-level relationships with real estate investors and developers across Europe and globally and working closely with our local teams to ensure commercial success Your new responsibilities
  • Build and expand relationships with leading investors, developers, corporate real estate actors and real estate service providers and lead proactive outreach initiatives to generate new opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the real estate ecosystem, including technology providers, facility management companies and innovation partners
  • Work closely with our local teams and support cross-Business Unit business engagements to enable a unified Siemens approach and maximize share of wallet

  • Drive closer collaboration with Siemens Real Estate, our corporate real estate unit, to build relationships with key real estate partners and identify new business opportunities
  • Work with Key Account Managers to support our internal outreach towards industrial to target their corporate real estate units
  • Enable product and system development by translating market needs into actionable inputs for innovation
  • Act as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders, building strong networks with global sales, vertical leadership, and industry experts to align strategic priorities Your Profile
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in business development, with demonstrated success in strategic partnership development, account development, complex deal structuring and go-to-market penetration
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate industry dynamics, stakeholders, and technology trends.
  • Experience in commercial real estate sector is required
  • Experience working with real estate investors, developers or service providers is an advantage
