- Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Miscellaneous and Construction Professional Liability risks with a focus on profitability and portfolio quality
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with retail and wholesale broker partners to generate a consistent flow of quality submissions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Swiss Re's underwriting strategy and appetite
- Analyze risk exposures, pricing adequacy, coverage structures, and policy terms to deliver well-reasoned underwriting decisions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and clients while maintaining sound underwriting discipline and risk selection standards
- Collaborate closely with claims, actuarial, and underwriting colleagues to monitor and support overall portfolio performance
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging developments within the professional liability landscape
- Represent Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in the marketplace through broker meetings, industry events, and client engagement activities About the Team
