The Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and driving the validation of industrial software and/or automation solutions for our coding machines.

Processo di candidatura
- Promote and apply a continuous improvement mindset, simplifying processes, validation approaches, and technical solutions to improve efficiency, robustness, and time-to‑market.
- Java software development (industrial software, platforms, backend or custom applications)
- Industrial automation / PLC programming (e.g.
- Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, or equivalent).
- Good technical understanding of both software and automation domains, enabling effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in delivery-driven environments, managing timelines, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to align stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, handle priorities, and address issues constructively.
- Ability to take a step back and maintain a global overview while remaining pragmatic and solution oriented.
