- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the HM and DHM to ensure the successful running of the house to provide the best possible care and experience for the students in the house
- With curricular programmes in both English and French, students graduate with an IB or High School Diploma.
- We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our community for an immediate start.
Responsabilità principali
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the HM and DHM to ensure the successful running of the house to provide the best possible care and experience for the students in the house
- Getting to know the students in the house and supporting them as individuals
- Being an active, dynamic and positive presence in the house during the course of the day and evening
- Assisting with house administration as required
- Extensive involvement in the weekend programme
- 6-8 lessons a week supporting in lessons
- Supporting two activities or sports teams across the year
- Overnight supervision in the Boarding House
- Helping at La Sionnaire during the Winter season (chalet on the ski slopes) Study supervision
Requisiti principali

- We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our community for an immediate start.
- Working closely with the Housemaster/mistress (HM) and Deputy Housemaster/mistress (DHM), you will help foster a warm and supportive atmosphere — a true “home away from home” where students feel comfortable, respected and motivated to reach their full potential.
- As a constant presence in the house, you will play an essential role in the daily life of our students — offering guidance, encouragement and a listening ear.
- Whether you are helping with studies, joining in evening activities or simply sharing everyday moments, your contribution will help make boarding life both meaningful and memorable.
- This residential position offers a unique opportunity to become part of a vibrant international community and to gain valuable experience in pastoral care, education and youth development.
- It’s particularly suited to recent graduates or young professionals who are compassionate, responsible and eager to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
