- Build scalable and resilient backend services from the ground up using Spring Boot
- Develop and deploy high-throughput, distributed systems in a cloud environment
- cutting-edge software engineering practices, including the use of AI-assisted development tools, to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality
- Serve as a technical leader in a strategic modernisation initiative, guiding best practices in enterprise-grade Java backend development
- Optimise system performance in complex, high-demand environments
- Collaborate effectively in a transformation program requiring strong technical ownership and innovation YOUR PROFILE
- 8+ years’ experience in developing server-side Java applications, preferably within financial or other regulated high-performance domains
