- In this role, you will work closely with our colleagues in research, production, occupational safety, and quality assurance.
- You will also support the Optical Spectroscopy team (IR, UV/VIS, optical rotation) in the areas of equipment cleaning and method development. What you’ll do:
- As a laboratory technician in the Spectroscopy/NMR department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for providing analytical support to R&D and production across the entire Visp site.
- Routine tasks such as product identification and quantification, as well as contributing to the development and validation of test procedures and release testing for production in accordance with ISO and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- You will support optical spectroscopy (IR, UV/VIS, optical rotation) in the areas of equipment cleaning and method development.
- Close collaboration with colleagues from research, production, occupational safety, and quality assurance. What we’re looking for:
- You have completed training as a biology or chemistry lab technician or hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or biotechnology.
- You may have gained some initial experience in an ISO and/or GMP environment ecific.
