Responsabilità principali
- Selbstständige Durchführung und Ausführung von nachgelagerten Tätigkeiten gemäß vorgegebenen Anweisungen (Herstellungsprotokolle / Bedienungsanweisungen / Arbeitsanweisungen / SOPs)
- Sicheres und korrektes Ausführen der Arbeiten unter Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und unter Berücksichtigung der cGMP-Qualitätsanforderungen
- Verantwortung für Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz sowie in den zugewiesenen Räumen und Lagerbereichen
- Durchführung von Überwachungs-, Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten sowie Meldung und Behebung von Mängeln und Störungen an den Anlagen inklusive deren Dokumentation
- Aktive Mitwirkung aller Mitarbeitenden als gleichwertige Teammitglieder an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen Ihr Anforderungsprofil: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Lehre)
- Chemische oder pharmazeutisch-technische Ausbildung sowie GMP- und/oder BICO-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch oder Englisch erforderlich
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und gewissenhafte Dokumentation
- Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein bei der Ausführung der Aufgaben
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (4-Schicht-Betrieb) mit Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung
