Degree in Visual Communications, Interior Design, or Visual Merchandising
Minimum 5 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably within an international retail environment.
Experience in watches, fashion, accessories, or a design agency is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proficiency in SketchUp or AutoCAD
Strong visual awareness with a flair for contemporary and impactful design solutions
Up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, with a solid understanding of typography, colour, and composition
Ability to lead projects from concept through implementation and final delivery
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously

Manage all the visual merchandising campaigns for the collaboration Creation of the VM concept and Guidelines
VM responsible for American markets (incl CA, USA, MX and LATAM) and Switzerland Development / design of VM new tools
