Main responsibilities

• Leading the Structured Products Distribution & Offering in Asia

• Partner with the Client Relationship Officers and Investment Counsellors to increase Structured Products revenues and penetration

• Drive innovation in structured solutions offering

• Interact with local Investment Banks and monitor market & product trends

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all structured solutions activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Global Markets, Product Due Diligence, Risk & Compliance, Operations…)

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Client Facing Employee community

• Support the IT projects to build a scalable structured solutions platform

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with structured products projects

Skills and Experience

• Approximately 10 years of experience in structured solutions sales management

• Strong technical expertise in flow and complex structured solutions

• Proven track record of successful distribution strategy development and implementation.

• Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Entrepreneur attitude and independent contributor to a dynamic regional & functional environment

• Result oriented with strong attention to details.
