Main Duties

• Assist in developing macros to automate certain repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in collecting and processing various MIS data for Asia Planning and Controlling team.
• Assist in collecting, processing and inputting MIS data for budgeting variance analysis.
• Provide support to the team in using macros effectively.
• Document the macro processes, usage instructions and troubleshooting steps

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems or a related field
• Willing to learn and can engage with tasks on top of the educational background.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including advanced Excel skills
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a dynamic environment.
