- Act as the primary technical point of contact for airlines, Business Development, and other internal teams, communicating complex technical issues clearly and driving initiatives to improve data quality.
- Own end-to-end data quality frameworks across Google Flights, replacing manual processes by building automated validation pipelines, scalable data ingestion mechanisms, and troubleshooting tools. Collaborate directly with Zurich-based
- Software Engineering and Product Management to test and ship backend improvements, regulatory compliance measures, and dynamic pricing updates.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point to diagnose root causes of pricing mismatches, feed failures, and integration blockades using deep data analysis (SQL) and log inspection.
Requisiti principali
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Project Management.
- Experience in software development in Java.
- Experience with data analysis and querying using SQL.
- Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, XML, JSON) and troubleshooting technical integrations.
- Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and data analysis.
