- As an AI & Process Automation Engineer (Agents, Automation & Digitalisation) you will have the opportunity to: Process Automation & Solution Delivery
- Designing, building, and deploying automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low-code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio), scripting (Python), and AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Claude Code, LLM integrations)
- Ensuring solutions are production-ready: tested, monitored, documented, and maintainable Digitisation & Enablement
- Operating as the technical interface between IAA business teams and the digitisation capability, reducing dependency on central IT for standard automation needs Governance & Quality
- Ensuring solutions are maintainable, version-controlled, and handover-ready Transformation & Stakeholder Engagement
