- In this role, you will support the rollout of CRM solutions, contribute to sales process optimization, and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organization.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will take an active role in driving Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives, directly contributing to the success of our CRM transformation programs.
- Internship Sales Effectiveness (m/f/d) / 6 – 12 months Your tasks:
- Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales
- Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing)
- Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation
- Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback
- Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis
- Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality
