We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Polydesign (3D EFZ) with a focus on Styling.
The position is available from August 1, 2027, to July 31, 2031.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and projects in the field of 3D design and styling.
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in 3D design and styling, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and training.
Responsabilità principali
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and projects in the field of 3D design and styling.
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with other faculty members, industry professionals, and stakeholders to ensure the curriculum remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and mentor students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in 3D design and styling.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies, procedures, and programs.
Requisiti principali
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in 3D design and styling, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and training.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software and tools.
- Familiarity with IKEA's design philosophy, products, and processes.
