Your role with us

• Take responsibility for demand planning as well as the definition, development, and optimization of product assortments for our partner brands, including lifecycle management
• Manage and monitor relevant KPIs (sales revenue, sales volume, inventory levels, stock turnover, and margin), and conduct regular assortment and product analyses
• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and assigned partner brands
• Ensure an attractive and customer-oriented product presentation through the optimal curation of assortments
• Identify market and sales opportunities and initiate as well as implement appropriate sales promotion activities

What you bring to the role

• Commercial vocational training combined with further education in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in Category Management, ideally within an FMCG, retail, or lifestyle environment
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and a proven ability to execute and deliver results ("hands-on" mentality)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with an appropriate level of assertiveness
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
