- Execute Lonza’s strategic growth plan for Small Molecules, including commercial ownership of customer proposals and negotiations.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Lonza’s strategic growth plan for Small Molecules, including commercial ownership of customer proposals and negotiations.
- Support the development and implementation of new business offerings aligned with Advanced Synthesis priorities.
- Provide commercial and technical expertise during customer engagements, industry conferences and strategic discussions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Portfolio Management to identify and secure attractive market and customer opportunities.
- Develop commercial strategies and new business models that strengthen Lonza’s competitive position and support long-term growth.
- Maintain close collaboration with Operations, Site Leadership and R&D to align market opportunities with capabilities, capacity and investment plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Technical, Operations and Business Leadership. Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline; an advanced degree and/or MBA is preferred.
