The Position • 主要工作目标 • 治疗领域经理负责管理内外部资源，服务客户，传递产品科学信息，收集需求和反馈，最终提高患者获益。
主要职责 • 规范诊疗 • 1.基于公司相关产品策略，介绍罗氏产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识 • 2.基于公司疾病领域相关策略，传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案运用专业知识，助力生态圈内诊断准确度的提升 • 学科建设 • 1.访问临床及病理医生，按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结、分析和反馈 • 2.组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗领域治疗规范 • 疾病全程管理 • 支持协助患者解决方案经理，关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化
