- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive System Configuration: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to perform impact analyses, feasibility studies, and templates/system configuration mock-ups.
- & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field (with 5+ years of experience); or a Master’s degree (with 3+ years); or a PhD (with 0-2 years).

- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive System Configuration: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to perform impact analyses, feasibility studies, and templates/system configuration mock-ups.
- Implement Configuration Changes: Own the end-to-end implementation of newly approved system elements, structures, and process steps.
- Manage Data Ontology: Maintain and implement standard nomenclature, data classifications, and conventions across our global recipe systems.
- Support and Train Communities: Act as the central focal point for our global recipe builder community, developing prototypes and leading on-the-job training.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Partner across departments to resolve technical challenges, maintain a continuous state of inspection readiness, and assure Quality/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance. Who You Are

Requisiti principali
- & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field (with 5+ years of experience); or a Master’s degree (with 3+ years); or a PhD (with 0-2 years).
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in biologics manufacturing operations, process development, or process tech transfers.
- Systems & Data Experience: Proven experience with process specification tools, enterprise recipe management systems, data ontologies, or database solution configuration.
