- You will act as an ultra-versatile, adaptable "Recruiter on demand", sourcing and hiring key retail profiles (Sales Assistants, Technicians, Department Managers) as fast as our growth demands. What you’ll be doing daily:
- Full-cycle recruiting : Manage multi-profile requisitions, build direct talent pipelines, and run smooth selection processes for our stores.
- Proactive candidate experience: Source top candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and deliver an unforgettable candidate journey.

- Following an internal reorganization and our rapid growth, our recruitment team needs extra hands on deck to keep up the pace—and that is where YOU come in!
- Our TA team is truly nationwide: 2 French speakers (based in Bussigny) and 2 German/Italian speakers (based in Spreitenbach).
- We collaborate closely every day, speak English together as a team, and gather in person about twice a month.
- At Decathlon, we ditch the formal corporate talk: we use the informal "tu/you", we play sports together, and we share openly.
- You won’t just be recruiting in a bubble; you’ll be fully immersed in a huge retail ecosystem, connecting daily with store leaders across all our locations.
