- The department of Pharmaceutical Development is responsible for the development of parenteral drug products from Phase 1 up to Launch.
- Activities encompass formulation and manufacturing process development for parenteral drug products for all clinical stages and the market, the transfer of product and process to commercial manufacturing sites, commercial product support, line extension development, and drug product supplies for pre-clinical studies.
- As an Associate Scientist within Pharmaceutical Development, you are responsible for laboratory studies related to drug product formulation and process development for parenteral dosage forms, including large biological molecules, small synthetic molecules, and gene therapy. The Opportunity
- Plan and coordinate lab work packages with support from the Pharmaceutical Project Leader (PPL) and peers Write study protocols and reports
- Execute hands-on laboratory studies related to parenteral drug product formulation and process development (Ph0 to Ph3), identify support needs, prioritize tasks, and consider flexibility in execution
- Independently analyze, interpret and present results
- Plan timing, instrument use, analytical methods, materials, and sample logistics for studies, ensuring robust and timely sample flow and storage.
