- Define and implement Maison’s global visual merchandising strategy, including window displays, in-store exhibitions, product presentation, and special displays Create and distribute detailed visual merchandising guidelines for all boutiques, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution Provide design implementation recommendations to the markets for fairs, boutiques and events animations Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, new collection launches, and special events, in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams Track and coordinate shipments between suppliers, HQ and markets (annual order) Train and support sales teams and retail managers in the application of visual merchandising guidelines Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, proposing improvements and adaptations Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and motivate internal (commercial and marketing team, internal architects) and external key stakeholders (suppliers and agencies) Drive, coordinate and support the markets Budget
- Providing the proper reporting and monitoring of the annual budget QUALIFICATIONS At least 7-10 years of progressive experience at international level in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising roles, preferably within the luxury sector Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines An architecture background is a nice to have A sense of aesthetic, with a deep understanding of luxury and design Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally for site visits and project supervision.
