Frontaliere Ticino processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, nDSG 2023). The platform does not require mandatory registration: all calculators and comparators can be used without providing personal data.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

Data collected (email addresses for job alerts, browsing data via Google Analytics 4) is used exclusively for operating user-requested services and aggregate platform usage analysis. No data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Tax and pension simulations are performed entirely in the user's browser: data entered in calculators (salary, marital status, number of children) is never transmitted to servers. This architecture ensures maximum privacy of personal financial information.
