- Significant experience in HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Technology, and/or HR Strategy
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes, particularly in Talent Management
- Passion for digital innovation, workforce transformation, and continuous improvement; experience in manufacturing environments or M&A activities is an advantage
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective people solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively in matrix organisations
- Strong project management, change management, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a data-driven mindset Fluent in English and German We offer

- Support and drive organisational transformation initiatives, including organizational design, workforce transformation, productivity improvement programs, and M&A activities
- Contribute to the development and execution of transformation roadmaps aligned with business and people priorities
- Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely execution
- Manage project governance, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Act as the key project liaison between HR, Operations, Finance, and other business functions
- Drive change management, communication, and engagement activities to support adoption of new ways of working
- Contribute to the development of organisational capabilities, workforce planning, and future skills strategies
- Support digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives by assessing workforce impacts and helping build organisational readiness
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of organizational capability frameworks, skills architecture, and workforce planning strategies
