- Our Securities Services team is looking for a Sales Management Specialist to support Relationship Management and Sales activities across the organization.
- In this role, you will act as a key link between Sales, Relationship Managers, Product Teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- You will contribute to high-quality client interactions, support strategic sales initiatives, and help ensure transparency and consistency throughout the sales lifecycle. What You Will Do
- Coordinate client communications and ensure timely, consistent publication across all communication channels
- Manage RFP, DDQ, and client request processes while ensuring high-quality and timely responses
- Maintain CRM data quality and support reporting, pipeline management, and sales governance activities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Product teams across the sales lifecycle
- Support strategic projects, client initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency What You Bring
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally within the financial services industry
- Experience in sales support, client service, or a comparable client-facing coordination role
