- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
- Develop business cases and evaluate growth opportunities
- Contribute to portfolio and go-to-market strategies

- Build a strong network across Siemens Mobility and the broader Siemens organization What you bring Education & Experience
- An excellent master's degree in business administration, Economics, Management & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, Innovation Management, or a comparable field
- Maximum one year of professional work experience after completing your master's degree
- At least four months of international experience gained through studies, internships, exchange programs, or research projects abroad
- Flexibility and mobility throughout the program duration
- Passion for innovation, business development, and the future of mobility
- Fluency in Englisch and German Skills & Mindset
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
