- Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user research/testing.

- Ability to operate in a fluid, iterative, and startup like environment, maintaining the flexibility to pivot design strategies based on user feedback or technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with an ability to translate high level strategic briefs into design directions.
