- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by customers and internal stakeholders
- Document technical specifications, processes, and guidelines
- Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows Key skills / requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- You like to use your expertise to sketch and implement tasks end-to-end, from the user-facing frontend all the way to defining the PostgreSQL database model
- You take ownership of the things you work on and you’re able to operate autonomously, but without isolating yourself from the rest of the team
Processus de candidature
- We develop modern, web-based E-commerce solutions such as customer-facing self-checkout devices, backoffice tools for monitoring and management of those devices, employee-facing applications to facilitate their hard foodvenience work in kitchens, and mobile apps to accelerate our internal processes at Valora.
- Many of our projects are in production use today and we own our code and our infrastructure end-to-end.
- Who we are looking for We are seeking a skilled and curious software engineer with a track record of delivering value.
