- Inspire and Empower: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment where your team is empowered to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Drive Platform Roadmap & Execution: Guide the development, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps.
- Partner closely with leaders in Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of foundational technology.
- Champion User Insights: Promote a deep understanding of the needs of your users—the innovators, designers, developers, and product managers who rely on your platforms and services every day.
- Foster Technical Innovation: Cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Encourage your team to explore new architectural patterns, API-first approaches, and technologies like AI/ML to improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of our R&D ecosystem.
- Leverage Data for Impact: Foster a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Define and track key platform health and adoption metrics to justify investments and guide priorities.
- You have proven experience navigating complex stakeholder environments to drive alignment.
- Partnering closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders across our R&D team, you'll orchestrate a unified product vision that unlocks scale, visibility, and agility.
