As we continue to modernise our Talent Acquisition processes through the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS), we are looking to strengthen our team with the role below.

- Prior exposure to a Vendor Management System (e.g.
- VNDLY) or similar HR technology is an advantage
- General affinity for IT systems and digital ways of working
- Comfortable and confident using AI tools to work more efficiently — you make productive use of AI, rather than being reliant on it Fluent English (C2) is mandatory; German language skills are desirable
- Structured, analytical mindset with a methodical approach to testing and quality assurance
- Organised and reliable, with strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
