- Define and continuously develop the global product and portfolio strategy in alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Translate customer, market, competitive, regulatory, and technology insights into product roadmaps and future growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with regional product managers to align priorities and ensure global portfolio consistency.
- Lead product management activities throughout product development and industrialization, acting as a key interface between business and innovation teams.
- Validate product concepts and solutions through customer engagement, market feedback, and field testing activities.
- Develop global value propositions, positioning strategies, and pricing approaches to maximize customer and business value.
- Support successful product launches, lifecycle management activities, portfolio optimization, and phase-in/phase-out planning.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and key business indicators to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Required Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HVAC, Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
