We are looking for an experienced SAP transformation and technology architecture professional who can shape complex SAP architecture and guide large business transformations, leading architecture and delivery teams from strategy through implementation.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, helping them define modern SAP landscapes, make sound architecture decisions, and deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
Bridge business and IT at senior level: Act as a trusted interface between client business leaders, IT leadership, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.

Processus de candidature
- Senior SAP transformation experience: Several years of experience in SAP enabled business transformation, technology architecture, ERP modernization, or enterprise application advisory, ideally in a multi national environment.
- Architecture depth: Strong understanding of SAP product portfolio, SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration patterns, cloud adoption, data flows, and product placement strategy.
- SAP capability focus: Deep knowledge in one or more SAP S/4HANA core areas and/or SAP Business Technology Platform, including integration, extension, data, analytics, automation, or application development capabilities.
- Transformation methodology: Solid know how of large ERP transformations, migration concepts, fit to standard approaches, transformation requirements, target operating models, and methodologies such as SAP Activate.
- Leadership and delivery ownership: Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage teams, structure complex problems, assure quality, and drive delivery in demanding client environments.
- Consulting and commercial mindset: Strong management consulting skills, including opportunity identification, proposal support, executive storytelling, business case thinking, and high quality presentation and pitching skills.
- Learning agility: Ability to understand new technology concepts rapidly, challenge assumptions, and apply a proactive, ownership driven mindset.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Desirable Qualifications

- Consulting with large organizations: Previous consulting experience with large organizations, complex programs, and senior stakeholder environments.
- RfP and solutioning experience: Experience with request for proposal processes, solution shaping, effort estimation, and translating technical requirements into compelling presentation formats.
- Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications such as P_SAPEA, P_BTPA, C_CPI, or comparable credentials are a plus.
- Broader technology qualifications: Additional qualifications in Agile methods, Enterprise Architecture such as TOGAF, GenAI or machine learning, AWS, Azure, GCP, programming, databases, DevOps, or integration technologies are beneficial. What We Offer
