Responsabilités principales

  • Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Support innovation and transformation projects from early ideas through implementation.
  • Explore how digital tools, data, automation, and AI can improve processes, decisions, and client experiences.

  • The Life and Heath Mortality Innovation & Transformation team is helping shape the future of mortality services at Swiss Re.

Processus de candidature

  • If you have no more than three years of professional experience and fit this description, please apply for our rotational Swiss Re Graduate Programme, which starts Fall 2027.
  • Have an interest in innovation, digital transformation, AI, data, automation, or emerging technologies and their application to business challenges
  • Have an interest in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, healthcare, health and wellness, or related industries
  • Have exposure to design thinking, agile methodologies, process improvement, project management, or similar problem-solving approaches
  • The base salary for this role is $70,000.
  • Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation.

  • Have demonstrated academic rigor through course selection and performance; a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected
  • Have no more than three years of professional experience
  • Are intellectually curious and motivated to learn, connect ideas, and solve business challenges in innovative ways
  • Think analytically, solve complex problems, and enjoy working with data to identify opportunities and develop recommendations
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
