Entreprise et contexte
- Foster strong collaboration across Hitachi Energy and, where applicable, leverage synergies with other Hitachi organizations to increase customer value. Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in complex enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of developing, managing, and closing seven-figure software, digital, technology, or solution-based sales opportunities.
- Experience working with large industrial customers such as utilities, mining, rail, oil & gas, process industries, or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in creating customer intimacy and developing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Skilled in consultative and value-based selling, with the ability to translate customer challenges into innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close complex commercial opportunities within large organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities combined with a customer-centric mindset.
