As Director, Underwriting Portfolio Engineering, you will lead delivery of data products, analytical capabilities and Palantir workflows that improve underwriting decisions, identify risks and opportunities faster, and strengthen portfolio steering.
This is a hands-on technical and analytical leadership role, working directly with underwriting and portfolio teams to turn material business questions into practical data solutions.

- Analyse performance, exposures, concentrations, dependencies and portfolio dynamics to support decisions.
- Own solutions end-to-end, from analysis and build through adoption, refinement and impact.
- Maintain engineering standards, controls, documentation and governance for robust, scalable tools.

- The Portfolio Strategy & Steering team combines underwriting portfolio management, engineering, data and advanced analytics.
- It operates as one integrated team, with two Directors leading specialist teams, allocating resources to shared priorities and jointly accountable for quality and impact. About You
- You are a senior technical and analytical leader with deep expertise in data platforms, engineering and analytics, plus the commercial curiosity to understand underwriting portfolio questions.
